What to include

• Your device model and iOS version.
• The Currency Coach app version, if visible in TestFlight or the App Store.
• The currencies you were using.
• Whether the issue happened during setup, conversion, training, settings, or notifications.
• A screenshot or screen recording if it helps explain the problem.

Live rates and offline behavior

Currency Coach fetches live exchange rates when possible and caches the last successful rate table. If a network request fails, the app may keep showing cached rates or ask you to enter a rate manually during setup.
